SPF Advice: SPF15 provides the same level of protection as higher SPF’s, it simply means you can’t spend as long in direct sunlight before reapplying. The SPF rating refers to time If you’re planning prolonged periods of time in direct sun (at the beach) we always recommend using a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher – as well as a hat and sunglasses.
