HOW TO USE AT LEVELS 8, 9 and 10: 2-3 minutes: it neutralizes leaving a uniform and controlled natural cool blonde (the neutralizing effect increases in reference to the starting tone). 5 minutes or more: it neutralizes more intensely but naturally, eliminating yellow reflections. It can be used on both colored and bleached hair.
